Accessing the Help Center
Current User
To login to the help center, follow the instructions below.
- Navigate to the Sign In link, located on the menu bar on the top of the page.
- If you have an account, enter your email, password and click Sign in.
New User
- Navigate to the Sign In link, located on the menu bar on the top of the page.
- Under the login input, click New to Ensighten Support? Sign up.
- Enter your Information and click Sign up.
- Help center access is for customers, vendors, agencies and partners. You must use the business email you have for your organization that matches the company domain. Emails from free email providers such as GMAIL or Outlook are prohibited.
- Check your email for the Welcome email, follow the instructions to verify your email and set your password.
- Always check your spam folder for the the Welcome email.
- The link in the email to verify your account and set your password expires after 24 hours. Follow the steps if the Welcome Email Link Expired.
- You can now log in to the Ensighten help center to view articles or submit support requests.
Forgot Password
If you forgot the password for your help center account, follow the steps below.
- In the sign in box under the Sign in button, click Forgot my password.
- The reset password link in the email expires after 24 hours. If the link expires, follow step 1 to have another reset link sent.
- Enter your email and click Submit.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Welcome Email Link Expired
If you had an account created for you and did not set up a password via the Welcome email that was sent and is now expired, follow the steps below.
- In the sign in box under the Sign in button, click Have you emailed us? Get a password
- Enter your email and click Submit.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to set your password.
